The following SKLAD member companies are the administrators of the www.sklad.cz website. These companies simultaneously serve as the controller of your personal data.

You have the right to retract the consent you have provided to the processing of your personal data at any time by filling out a form, checking a box or sending your retraction to the controller’s headquarters address given below, or through e-mail communication.

Your consent is granted for a limited time: 5 years from its granting.

You have the right:

  1. to retract your consent at any time;
  2. to request information from the controller regarding what personal information about you the controller is processing;
  3. to demand explanations from the controller regarding the processing of your personal data;
  4. to demand answers from the controller regarding access to your personal information and update or rectify that information;
  5. to demand the deletion of your personal data;
  6. in the case of any doubts regarding compliance with obligations connected with personal data processing, to turn to the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

All of these rights may be exercised via an email sent to napiste@sklad.cz or a letter sent to AIMTEC a. s., U Prazdroje 2807/8, 301 00 Pilsen, Czech Republic.

You have the right to turn to the department responsible for the protection of personal data within Aimtec, which can be reached at dpo@aimtecglobal.com, or likewise the right to file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority (the Office for Personal Data Protection).
